  • Truth is the Defense: We operate on the principle that sharing your truthful, firsthand experience is a protected act. You are responsible for the content you post.

  • Anonymity is a Shield, Not a Sword: The anonymity we provide is to protect you from retaliation for sharing your truth. It is not a license to engage in malicious fabrications, harassment, or illegal activities. Misuse of this shield will result in a permanent ban.

2. User Eligibility and Account Responsibility

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and identify as a woman to use the Service. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • One Account Rule: You may not create more than one account. The creation of multiple accounts to circumvent bans or harass other users is strictly prohibited.

3. User Conduct and Content Guidelines

You agree not to post, upload, or transmit any content that:

  • Is Knowingly False or Misleading: This platform is for sharing truth. Intentionally posting fabricated stories to maliciously harm someone’s reputation is prohibited.

  • Constitutes Doxxing: You may not share private, non-public information about any individual. This includes, but is not limited to, home addresses, private phone numbers, social security numbers, or private financial information. Publicly available information (like links to public social media profiles or public records) is generally permissible.

  • Contains Direct Threats of Violence: Content that threatens or encourages violence against any individual or group will be removed, and your account will be terminated.

  • Is Unlawful, Hateful, or Discriminatory: We have zero tolerance for hate speech, racism, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability.

  • Infringes on Copyright or Trademark: You may not post content that violates the intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the absolute right to remove any content or terminate any account, for any reason, without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

This is the most important section of this agreement.

  • “AS IS” Service: The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

  • No Responsibility for Content: You acknowledge that you may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, offensive, or objectionable. We are not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such user content. You use the information on this platform at your own risk.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

In simple terms: if something you post gets us sued, you agree to cover our legal costs.
